My name is Giancarlo Abba', I live in NZ but I still have a house in Italy. My Parilla is in Italy; It' s a '68 , 49cc 3 speed.It's running perfect and the top speed was/ is about 65 km/h. The pedals
rotate but only work for starting the engine, then you can rotate them whilst running but with no push
effect.The shifting is done on the left side of the steering (the upper lever
being for the clutch and the lower one for rear brakes).I also had another model very similar (called sport version) with fixed
pedals and a kick start lever. Same 3 gear sistem.There are some Parilla in NZ but no 50 cc.
I also send one I' ve seen at a classic bike jamboree a few years ago in NZ.
