space.

John Crookes, Bristol, UK
John
is a long time Parilla enthusiast. Many of us have only known about
these bikes for a few years - he has been mad about them from the first
time he saw them in the '60s.A meticulous restorer & prize winner as
long ago as the early 90s with his 175SS he is now restoring a rare
170xxx series 175MSDS to the highest possible standard.More pix of his bike in the Gallery section
|
Bob Moon, Warrington, UK
Bob
has a long association with the marque & has used his bikes in
VMCC runs, Motogiro D'Italia & Minigiro events. Now down to one
Parilla in the stable he is no less active & has won trophies with
his LV in '04 & '05. Bob & I set the route for our Minigiro in
deepest Wales where his detailed knowledge of his beloved Berwyn
mountains ensured an exciting & picturesque trip for the
attendees

Craig McWilliam, London, UK

One
of the younger generation of Parilla fans. Parilla were long gone as
manufacturers when Craig was born. He has a 175SS
& rare 250 Wildcat MX both of which are under restoration at
present

Jonathan Ball, Lancashire,UK
Jonathan has a rare 501xxx MSDS 175 which he
intends to use on the Motogiro D'Italia in the near future. The bike is
being restored to originality as parts are found. So far forks & seat
have been obtained & a steel tank is next on the wish list.

Mike McGarry, Manchester,UK
That's me. 175 MSDS, 175 Turismo Speciale,
250 Wildcat & a "racer" 250 project. Smitten in 2001 when
looking for a Duc to use in the Motogiro & stumbled across my MSDS in
the "Loot" ad paper (usually used to sell old furniture). Never
even heard of one until I saw "mine" - when you see what it
looked like you'll wonder what possessed me...still not cured!

|
Mike Dunlop, Harrow, UK
To
my knowledge our latest UK Parilla owner. Mike has bought a very nice
looking Turismo which with a little work will be his entry in the
2007 Motogiro D'Italia.
|
|
Richard Parsons, Kent, UK
Richard found his first orange Greyhound US spec '59 model
& then a green '55 which is in slightly worse condition & will
probably be a source of spares for the '59 resto.
|
|
Bob Jarvis, Sussex, UK
Bob has recently aquired these two bikes & intends to use them for the
Motogiro D'Italia.

|
|
Mike
Love, Sussex, UK
Mike owns an ex Maurice Cann 250cc racer. The bike is shown in the
Gallery section with Maurice aboard. Mike is busy collecting parts to
restore the bike to its original state.
|
|
Noel Loxley, Lincs, UK
Noel
uses his Olimpia regularly & as can be seen its in really nice
condition.
Noel is looking for the correct decals for the side panels if anyone
has some
Rosie, Manchester,UK
Rosie
is the proud owner of a genuine factory parts box which she uses daily for
naps & annoying her brother Oscar who is too big to get in.
The box is a genuine one from the factory & I scanned
the logo from it to get a rubber stamp made.
