Bikes for sale.

I've had enquiries about the Giro & whether I know of any bikes for sale. Restored / good original runners or basket cases. Whilst many may aspire to own & use a Parilla for the Giro they are in short supply in any condition & often fetch premium prices.

So here we have a section in which I will accept adverts for non-Parilla marques which may be eligible for the Motogiro D'Italia, Vintage or Taglioni classes

As described by its owner:

"I would describe the Morini as being barn find/scruffy, but the hard bits are all there. It is in one lump as you can see, and has the F and R guards, tank, chainguard, seat base, lamp shell and some wiring, ally rims, exhaust, rear lamp and plate holder, bars and levers, toolbox. Minus points are missing clutch cover, missing cam ( which may be found by the time the bike is sold) and rusty clutch. The engine turns over"

So a virtually complete bike with the hardest to find parts (as anyone who has restored a vintage Italian bike will know) in place. As one who spent 2 years trying to find a decent MV175 petrol tank (& in the meantime found a complete spare engine) I'd rather look for mechanical parts than tinware.
